Submission & Selection Policies

Publication and authorship:

  • All submitted papers are subject to strict peer-review process by at least two Reviewers who are experts in the area of the particular paper.
  • Review processes are blind peer review.
  • The factors taken into account in the review are relevance, soundness, significance, originality, readability, and language.
  • The possible decisions include acceptance, acceptance with revisions, or rejection.
  • If authors are encouraged to revise and resubmit a submission, there is no guarantee that the revised submission will be accepted.
  • Rejected articles will not be re-reviewed.

Guidelines to Author:

  • The manuscripts submitted should of original work of authors and not previously been published elsewhere.
  • Manuscript format must be as per Springer nature journal template.
  • The manuscript size should be of 7-10 pages including all figures, tables, references and author profile. 
  • Manuscript should not contain any embedded links, scanned images, header and footer. 
  • Minimum 15 references must be in the paper and all references must be cited.
  • All submitted papers will go through plagiarism check process.
  • The papers presented in the conference will thoroughly undergo the format, and plagiarism check by the Atlantis press publishing team also and the final decision on the presented paper will be based on the approval from publishers.

  • Authors have to complete the copyright form.

Peer Review Process:

The submitted manuscript is first reviewed by an editor. It will be evaluated in the office, whether it is suitable for International Conference focus and scope or has a major methodological flaw and similarity score by using plagiarism checker Urkund & Turnitin. The manuscript will be sent to two reviewers for evaluating the manuscript of its contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation. Reviewers’ comments are then sent to the corresponding author for necessary actions and responses. The Editor shall inform authors about their decision on manuscript of the review as soon as possible. The suggested decision will be evaluated in an editorial board meeting. Afterward, the editor will send the final decision to the corresponding author.
